摘　　要：本文介绍的是湖南省邮政通信网络中心设计方案,通过对建设背景、场地环境、使用功能、建筑特性的分析,提出面临的问题和应对的策略。This article presents the design schema of the postal communication network center of Hunan Province. Through andlyzing the construction background , the place environment , the function of use, the speciality of architecture, the article puts forward the problems faced and the corresponding solutions.
