摘  要:以椰子油酸和羟乙基磺酸钠为原料,在催化剂存在下,通过脱水反应制得椰油酰氧乙基磺酸钠,考察了投料摩尔比、催化剂用量、真空度、温度、时间等对反应的影响。最佳反应条件为:n(椰子油酸)/n(羟乙基磺酸钠)=1 3,w(催化剂)=0 5%,真空度25kPa,235℃,反应3h,在该条件下,产物中w(椰油酰氧乙基磺酸钠)=77 0%,羟乙基磺酸钠的转化率为91 3%,产品外观为淡黄色粉末。性能分析结果表明:该产品的表面张力和临界胶束浓度分别为30 11mN/m和1 26×10-3mol/L,在去离子水和c(CaCO3)=0 3mmol/L的硬水中的润湿力分别为448s和440s、发泡力分别为240mm和232mm、去污力(△R)分别为44 6和43 7。With coconut acid(Ⅰ) and sodium hydroxyethanesulfonate(Ⅱ) as raw materials,sodium coconut acyloxyethanesulfonate(Ⅲ) is synthesized by dehydration reaction in the presence of catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions are n(Ⅰ)/n(Ⅱ)=1.3,w(catalyst)=0.5%,vacuum capactive of the system 25 kPa,reaction temperature 235 ℃ and reaction time 3 h.Under these conditions,conversion of Ⅱ is 91.3%,the product is brown-yellow powder,and content of Ⅲ in the product is 77.0%.Experimental results show that the surface tension of the product is 30.11 mN/m,and the critical micelle concentration is 1.26×10^(-3) mol/L.In deionized water and in hard water〔c(CaCO_3)=0.3 mmol/L〕,the wettabilities of the product are 448 s and 440 s,foamabilities are 240 mm and 232 mm,and decontaminabilities(△R) are 44.6 and 43.7 respectively.
