板桥党参活性成分分析

摘　　要：对板桥党参BanqiaoCodonopsispilosulc的活性成分进行系统的定量分析.采用苯酚-硫酸比色法、二硝基水杨酸法、香草醛-硫酸法、电感耦合高频等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP)、毛细管气相色谱法,分别对板桥党参中的多糖、还原糖、总皂甙、重金属的含量,以及有机氯类农药残留量进行了测定.结果板桥党参中的多糖的含量为43.63%,还原糖的含量为21.34%,总皂甙的含量为1.38%,铅的含量为0.800mg·kg-1,镉的含量为0.025mg·kg-1,砷的含量为0.600mg·kg-1,其中未检测到六六六(BHC)〔α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC〕农药残留.为制订科学合理的板桥党参质量标准提供了科学依据.To analyze the activated constituents of Banqiao Codonopsis pilosulc systematically.Colourimetric determination with phenol-sulfuric acid as the regent,photometric determination with dinitrosalicylic acid as the regent, vanillin-sulfuric acid colorimetry,inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy,and capillary gas chromatography were used to determine the content of polysaccharide, reducing sugar, total saponins, heavy metals, and organochlorine pesticide residues in Banqiao Codonopsis pilosulc respectively.In Banqiao Codonopsis pilosulc,the content of polysaccharide is 43.63?%, the content of reducing sugar is 21.34?%, the content of total saponins is 1.38?%, the content of Pb,Cd,and As are 0.800?mg·kg^(-1), 0.025?mg·kg^(-1), and 0.600?mg·kg^(-1) respectively,and the benzenehexachloride〔α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC〕is not determined. It supplies scientific basis for formulating the scientific reasonable quality standard of Banqiao Codonopsis pilosulc.
