摘　　要：从钉螺孳生地筛选出一株具有较强杀钉螺效果的紫红链霉菌(Streptomycesviolaceoruber),用改良的高氏一号培养基,在28℃下培养96h,其0.1%的水浸液(5000万菌/mL)实验杀螺效果(钉螺死亡率):24h达10%;48h达90%;72h达95%以上.A strain of Streptomyces violaceoruber isolated from the soil with snails proved to have effective snail-killing activitics. Both in field and in laboratory it was demonstrated that the strain had a strong effect of killing and by immersion in laboratory, snail death rate reaches 10?% in 24?h, and reaches 90?% in 48?h. As for isolating superior bacillus of killing snail,it will provide a new microbe method of killing snail by controlling schistosomiasis.
