摘　　要：通过实例说明,清洗换热器壳程内的焦油垢,单用碱性物加表面活性剂(SAA)配制的水溶液,很难收到预期的效果。若同时采用自己配制的两相(水基+有机溶剂)焦油垢清洗剂清洗,发挥两者的协同效应可收到满意的效果。同时也可减少较贵重的有机溶剂的用量及其挥发。According to the practice, it was difficult to receive an anticipant rusult, if an compoundaqueous solution of adding SAA was only used to clean the tar fouling in exchanger. But the satisfiedrusult could be obtained if the home-made cleaner of the tar fouling of two phase (water phase +organic impregnant)was used at the same time . And the weight and the volatilization of the expensiveorganic impregant could also be reduced.
