水性木器漆用乳液的制备

摘　　要：根据多元丙烯酸酯乳液的合成机理,研究了合成工艺、软/硬单体配比、阴/非离子乳化剂配比、乳化剂用量、加料速度与聚合温度对乳液性能的影响,并运用最优配方和最佳工艺条件制造出9801-1乳液,用该乳液生产的水性木器漆性能优良。Process, ratio of soft to hard monomer, ratio of anionic to non-i on ic emulsifier, the quantity of emulsifier and the polymerization temperature wer e researched in the polymerization process. The 9801-1 emulsion was produced wi th a premium formula and process. Results showed that the wood paint made from i t had a good performance.
