摘　　要：介绍邯钢第三炼钢厂小方坯连铸机直接起步开浇技术的探讨与实践,与传统小方坯连铸机起步开浇相比,准备时间缩短了10～15min 降低了每浇次的原材料消耗,综合经济效益显著。This paper describes the investigation and operation of the non-block-start casting process on billet caster at No.3 Steelmaking Plant of Handan Steel.The process has reduced the preparation time by 10～15min and material consumption,and improved the comprehensive benefits compared with that of conventional billet casters.
