摘　　要：针对南京某热电厂8#锅炉燃烧调整试验,详细分析了正交试验方案设计过程中的几个关键步骤,如:决定试验因素、选择因素水平及选择正交表。并且采用极差分析和方差分析方法对试验数据进行了分析,提出了锅炉在典型负荷下的优化运行方式。Aiming at Combustion regulation test on No.8 boiler of a certain thermal and Power Plant,several key steps of orthogonal design are analyzed,for example,factor decision,level choice and orthogonal array choice.Then,experimental data is analyzed by means of two different methods of testing data analysis,which are called vision analysis and variance analysis.Meanwhile,the optimum operation mode of typical load is submitted.
