摘　　要：本文从钢水质量、工艺操作和结晶器结构等方面分析了安钢一炼影响喷淋式结晶器铜管使用寿命的原因,采取了相应措施,铜管的使用寿命提高到每支平均浇钢1000t以上。Based on the quality of molten steel, technological operation and the structure of mould, the factors than effect the service-life of the copper tube spraying mould in the No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Auyang Iron & Steel Co. technological measures are taken, the average service-life of the copper tube has come up to above 1000t.
