摘 要:本文对折皱薄壁钢拱壳屋顶的倒塌事故进行了较详细的研究,此前国内许多专家对薄壁钢拱壳进行了各种有益的分析。文中对超规范的荷载进行了试验实测分析和有限元分析,阐述了倒塌事故产生的原因及承载能力低的主要原因之一是折皱效应造成的。此种超薄壁钢结构自身对随机初始缺陷的敏感性,再加上局部构造不够成熟的影响,使其总体安全度低下。工程实际应用时,应慎重从事。文中还提出了一些改进措施的建议。Abstract Detailed study of analyses has been done in this paper. Before that, many static analyses were done by some spetialists of spatial structures. But in this paper several problems were discused such as snow overload which was exceeded Chinese Code of loadings in Anshan area, Testing research of 1∶1 models, Finite elements analyses considering the pincher trees (fordings) effects, and main reason of collapse of this kind of the structures. Finaly comes to the conclutions: The main reasons of collapse and low supporting capacity are pincher trees (fordings) effect and sensitivity of initial defects (initial stress, initial deflections, boundary conditions, defects of material and geometric deformations and some thing like that). At last some proposals are put forward.
