摘　　要：通过对倒T形脱硫喷枪实际使用过程中破损状况的观察,从喷枪结构、材料性能以及使用过程的热状态等方面分析了导致喷枪破损的主要原因,提出了相应的技术改进措施,并在实际生产中取得了明显延长喷枪使用寿命的效果。Based on the observation of the damage to the inverted T shape desulphurizing lance in use the primary causes to the damage are analyzed from the lance structure,material properties and heat conditions in the process of operation and then technological improvement measures are put forward.Prominent results have been achieved in extension of the service life of the lance in the end.
