摘  要:两种氮杂冠醚 水杨醛亚胺Schiff碱合钴(Ⅱ)被作为水解酶模型,催化羧酸酯(PNPP)水解.研究了该水解反应的动力学和机理.提出了水解反应的动力学模型.结果表明,在室温(25℃)条件下,这类钴(Ⅱ)配合物催化PNPP水解速率随着缓冲溶液pH值的增大而提高,表现出高的催化活性.CoL^(1)_2 and CoL^(2)_2 with aza-crown substituted salicylaldimine Schff base have been used as mimic hydrolytic enzyme model in catalytic hydrolysis of carboxylic acid esters (PNPP). The kinetics and the mechanism on PNPP hydrolysis catalyzed these Co(Ⅱ) complexes were investigated. The kinetic mathematical model of PNPP cleavage-catalyzing was proposed. The results showed that the rate for the PNPP hydrolysis catalyzed by CoL_(2) was increased following the increase of pH in the buffer solution. Compared with CoL^(3)_2, CoL^(1)_2 and CoL^(2)_2 exhibited high activity in the PNPP catalytic hydrolysis.
