摘　　要："走出去"的海上路线 <中国石油企业>:中国石油集团公司(以下简称CNPC)组建海洋工程有限公司(以下简称CPOE),是出于怎样的战略考虑? 石林:CNPC党组书记、总经理陈耕在CNPC领导干部会议上就已明示,要组建CPOE.在CPOE揭牌大会上副总经理郑虎又作了专门的论述,概括起来主要有以下几点.On November 3, CNPC established its ocean engineering limited company (CPOE). This is a signal of CNPC's quickened pace of its exploration of ocean oil and gas. The first General Manager of CPOE Shi Lin announced that in the short term his company will focus its operation on the oil and gas field in Bohai sea and base on the offshore to enhance its ability of ocean oil exploration, design and general contract. CPOE will keep persistent efforts in ocean oil exploration and improve its engineering technology service system of offshore and even mid-depth ocean oil exploration.
