截瘫康丸治疗不完全性脊髓损伤

摘　　要：为观察截瘫康丸治疗不完全性脊髓损伤患者的临床疗效及安全性 ,对 4 4例急性不完全性脊髓损伤患者进行为期 6 0天随机双盲安慰剂平行对照研究。结果 :用药组服药前、服药后 30天和 6 0天运动评分为 :4 2 2 5± 2 3 1 6、5 6± 2 1 43和 6 3 6 3± 2 1 7;感觉评分为 :99± 5 8 86、1 2 5 0 6±5 2 87和 1 4 8± 5 3 0 6。对照组服药前、服药后 30天和 6 0天运动评分为 :5 1 2 4± 2 3 1 5、5 8 2 9±2 3 7和 6 5± 2 4 5 6 ;感觉评分为 :1 34 47± 5 4 8、1 4 9 47± 6 2 3和 1 5 9 76± 6 4 0 4。用药组服药 6 0天运动评分和感觉评分差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。服药 6 0天用药组同对照组运动功能有效率差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。副作用轻微。To observe the clinical effects of “Jietankang Pill” in treating incomplete spinal cord injury and its safety, 44 subjects were given a 60-day randomized double-blind clinical trial. Results: In treatment group, the motor scores were 42.25±23.16, 56±21.43 and 63.63±21.7 before treatment, 30 and 60 days after treatment; the sensory scores were 99±58.56, 125.06±52.87 and 148±53.06 respectively. In control group, the motor scores were 51.24±23.15, 58.29±23.7 and 65±24.56; the sensory scores were 134.47±54.8, 149.47±62.3 and 159.76±64.04. In treatment group, there were differences (P<0.05) in the motor and sensory scores after 60-day treatment, also with differences between treatment and control groups (P<0.05).
