摘  要:为研究急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的中医治则与方药 ,SD大鼠采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)造成ARDS模型 ,分别以加减陷胸桃承汤 (术前灌胃 3次 )、参麦注射液 (术后立即注射 )以及上两合方 (使用方法同上 ) ,并与假手术组、模型组同类大鼠比较。术后 1 2h处死动物 ,取肺组织分别以光镜和电镜观察。结果 :镜下见假手术组大鼠的肺组织形态正常 ;模型组肺组织血管、肺间质、肺泡上皮细胞、支气管上皮细胞等均出现严重损伤 ,毛细血管内皮、基底膜、线粒体等均受损 ;其他各组的肺组织损伤程度明显减轻 ,其中两药合用组损伤最轻。结论 :加减陷胸桃承汤、参麦注射液对ARDS动物的上皮细胞、内皮细胞及细胞器均有保护作用 ,而两药合用似有一定的协同作用。To explore the Chinese medical treatment principle and method of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), SD rats were modeled by CLP to be of ARDS and then treated by “Xianxiong Taocheng Decoction” (stomach infusion for 3 sessions before modeling) and/or “Shenmai Injection”(instantly after modeling). After 12 hours, the lung tissues were microscopically observed. Results: In sham group, the lung tissues were normal; in model group, the pulmonary vessels, epithelial cells and other tissues were severely impaired; in treatment groups, the impairment was obviously less, least in the group treated by both the Decoction and Injection. It is concluded that “Xianxiong Taocheng Decoction” and “Shenmai Injection” can work together to protect the pulmonary cells.
