摘 要:采用硅胶和SephadexLH 20柱层析技术和多种波谱分析方法,从芫花根中分离鉴定出7种酚类化合物,它们分别为伞形花内酯(1)、瑞香苷(2)、西瑞香素(3)、芫花素(4)、芫根苷(5)、毛瑞香素B(6)和毛瑞香素G(7),其中,4和7为首次从芫花根中分离得到.上述化合物的免疫调节活性通过其对小鼠巨噬细胞分泌白介素 1β(IL 1β),小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖及分泌白介素 2(IL 2)等进行检测.结果表明,20~30mg/L的化合物3~7对巨噬细胞分泌IL 1β,T淋巴细胞增殖及分泌IL 2有显著的提升作用.Using silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic techniques with a combination of spectroscopic methods, 7 phenolic compounds were isolated and identified from the roots of Daphne genkwa. Their structures were elucidated as umbelliferone(1), daphnin(2), daphnoretin(3), genkwanin(4), yuenkanin(5), daphnodorin B(6) and daphnodorin G(7). Compounds 4 and 7 were (isolated) from the roots of Daphne genkwa for the first time. The immunomodulatory activity of the compounds was assayed by macrophages releasing interleukin-1β (IL-1β), T lymphocytes proliferating and releasing interleukin-2 (IL-2). It was found that compounds 3~7 at a mass concentration of 20 and 30 mg/L significantly enhanced the release of IL-1β by macrophages and IL-2 by T lymphocytes as well as the proliferation of T lymphocytes.
