摘　　要：有色产业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,民营企业作为我国国民经济发展的一支重要力量,对国民经济的崛起所起的作用非同小可。该文从企业内部、外部两方面对中国有色民营企业在发展中遇到的问题提出一些对策。Non-ferrous industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Privately owned enterprises in non-ferrous industry constitutes an important force for pushing the development of the national economy. This paper proposes some counter measures through the analysis of both the interiors and exteriors of the enterprises to overcome the difficulties encountered in the development of the enterprises.
