运脾方与锌制剂对照治疗儿童厌食症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:以运脾法选药组方,组成运脾方,并与西药锌制剂对照治疗,观察对儿童厌食症的治疗作用。方法:临床以黄芪、当归、苍术、龙骨等药组成运脾基本方,加工制作为糖浆制剂,1.5个月为1个疗程,治疗厌食症儿童26例,并与锌制剂(锌硒宝片)治疗的31例儿童厌食症进行对照。结果:治疗后两组食量、血清锌(Zn)含量显著高于治疗前,均为P<0.01。治疗组总有效率为80.8％,对照组为74.2％。结论:运脾方对儿童厌食症治疗效果显著,且疗效高于锌制剂治疗对照组,其作用机理在于运脾和胃,益气健中。Objective : Select herb according to method of activating the spleen, compose Yunpi Recipe, observe the treatment effect on infantile anorexia (IA) comparison with zinc preparation. Method: twenty- two cases of IA were treated with Yunpi Syrup and thirty - one cases of IA were treated with zinc preparation, orally taken, 45 days for one therapeutic course. Result : Food intake and serum Zn level improve significantly in both of the tow groups after treatment( P < 0.01). Total effect rate of treatment group was 80.8 %, with that of control group was74.2 % . Conclusion : Treatment effect of Yunpi Recipe on IA is significant, more over it's above effect of zinc preparation. The mechanism of effect is activating the spleen and regulating the stomach, tonifying qi and replenishing the middle energizer.
