摘　　要：文章从总体布局、功能分区、立面造型等方面，论述了泰宁鸿雁大厦的建筑个性，同时，还探讨了室内设计与建筑设计、设计与施工的关系问题。From the angle layout, functional zoning and facade modeling ,the paper analyses the characteristic of Hong Yan Building in TaiNin. In the mean time, the author also discuss the relationship between interior design and architecture design, and the integration of design with constructing.
