摘　　要：本文结合工程实例，介绍了多层砖混结构房屋扩建改造和抗震加固设计的几个具体方法。可供同类建筑物扩建改造与抗震加固设计时参考。Based on the sample, the methods on extension- reform and antiseismic strengthening design for existent masonry building in number of floors is introduced in this paper. All these can be taken as a reference for other designs of extension - refom and antiseismic strengthening project.
