摘　　要：汽车变速器第一轴总成校直时发生断裂的原因是 :材料中Mn .、Cr元素的存在使得Fe -C相图中共析点左移 ,使有效碳当量增加 ,造成心部硬度偏高 ,承受冲击及弯曲的性能下降。Failure analysis of the first shaft assembly which ruptured in the alignment has showed: There is a left-shift of eutectic point in the Fe-C equilibrium diagram when the steel contains Chromium and Manganese. That increased effective Carbon quantity of the steel . It made the steel on the high hardness side and decreased its mechanical property.
