哮喘豚鼠血浆及肺匀浆一氧化氮含量与气道吹气压相关性研究

摘  要:内源性一氧化氮在哮喘发病中具有复杂而广泛的病理生理作用,本研究通过检测哮喘豚鼠血浆和肺组织中一氧化氮含量以及气道吹气压变化,观察其相互关系。结果表明,哮喘急性发作时血浆及肺组织中一氧化氮含量均显著增高,并与其气道吹气压增高呈正相关性,说明哮喘发作时气道阻力增高与一氧化氮含量增高关系密切。Endogenous nitric oxide plays a perplexing and extensive role in onset of asthma. In order to observe the relationship between concentration of nitric oxide in plasma and lung homogenate and airway inhalation pressure, guinea pigs were experimented. The results showed that when acute onset of asthma, the concentration of nitric oxide in plasma and lung homogenate increased obviously, and was postively related to airway inhalation pressure. It was indicated that the increase of airway resistance was induced nearly by nitric oxide increase.
