摘 要:从血管通过扩张/收缩变形对血流量的敏感控制受到启发,设计了一种弹性水管挤压变形的流量控制结构,研究其在止水/放水过程中变形和压力变化对流量控制的敏感性;试验表明该仿生结构只需要微小的外力和位移变化(ΔF=0.05N,Δl=0.56mm),就可对流量在0~4mL/min范围内进行敏感控制,这是由于结构受压变形、诱发紊流的形成来实现的。这种结构可应用于凝胶驱动的智能器件中作为控制结构对流量进行自适应调节。Inspiration from arteriole controlling sensitively blood flow by changing their shape,a novel valve for flow control was designed b y distorting elastic water pipe into a given shape,it can modulate rapidly the flow rate just as arterio le does.The performance characteristics of valve,e.g.flow rate,force and deformation,were investi gated.This valve can modulate the fl ow rate from 4mL /min to0mL /min within small range of force a nd deformation(ΔF=0.05N,Δl=0.56mm).The sensitivity of flow control mainly results from t he change of flow type,i.e.the deformation of elastic pipe leads to the formation of turbulence and ca uses the loss of energy in a great degree.There is a hysteresis of deformation(about 0.8mm)comparing the curve of switch -on wit h that of switch -off.The novel valve can be utilized as flow controller in the hydrogel -actuated intelligent material structure and system.
