摘　　要：目的:对氯地霜进行了部分动物实验研究,包括皮肤急性毒性试验,皮肤刺激性试验和皮肤过敏试验,以了解其安全性。方法将不同剂量的氯地霜用于白色豚鼠背部正常或破损去毛区皮肤,观察其产生急性情况及刺激性情况,采用致敏与激发接触氯地霜,观察动物过敏情况。结果氯地霜未产生急性毒性反应,未产生过敏反应,对完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性,但给药48h 后,这种刺激性消失。结论外用氯地霜安全无毒性。Objective:To make a study of Chloramphencol Dexamethasone Cream through partial animal experiments,including acute toxic skin test,skin irritation test,and dermal sensitiv- ity test,so as to find out its safety.Method:To use Chloramphenicol Dexamethasone Cream in the normal or hair—shaved skin area of white guinea pig's back and observe its toxicity and irritation to the pig;To use sensitization and provocative contact Chloramphenicol Dexamethasone Cream to observe animal's sensitivity.Results:Chloramphenicol Dexamethasone Cream caused neither a- cute toxic reaction nor allergy.It was not irritative to the intact skin,and only slightly irritative to the damaged skin,but such irritation disappeared 48 hours after the use of medicine.Conclusion: Chloramphenicol Dexamethasone Cream for external use is safe and nontoxic.
