摘　　要：目的:本文就中药血清药理学方法中血清供体动物的选择、给药方案及采血时间、含药血清的灭活与保存、血清的添加量和对照组的设立等几个常见问题加以讨论,为中药血清药理学方法提供理论依据。方法:综述相关文献,对中药血清药理学的实验条件进行理论研究。结果与讨论:中药血清药理学应与现代医药理论相结合,才能推动中药药理学的规范化。Objective:This article is to discuss how to chose animals,ways of medicine and times of collected blood,how to preserve and reduce serum activity of drug,and the added dose and found of comparative groups in Chinese herbal medicine serum pharmacology.And it provide the theory basis for Chinese herbal medicine serum pharmacology.Method:By reviewing published references concerned,experimental conditions of Chinese herbal medicine serum phar- macology are explored theoretically.Conclusion:The close combination of Chinese herbal medicine serum pharmacology and modern medical theory is helpful to the standard of Chinese herbal medicine serum pharmacology.
