摘 要:采用光助Fenton高级氧化技术对模拟染料废水进行氧化处理,考察了光助Fenton对染料废水的处理效果。实验在1L环流式光化学氧化反应器进行。结果表明在反应温度为30℃,pH=4,双氧水加入量为彻底矿化4BS染料所需的理论量Q_(th),Fe^(2+)和H_2O_2的摩尔比为1:10时,经30min的光助Fenton处理,4BS去除率可达90%。在低双氧水投加量下(1/4Q_(th)),经光助Fenton氧化预处理30min后的4BS废水,其生化性(BOD_5/COD_(cr))可从初始的0提高到0.3,为后续废水的生化处理创造了条件。The effective degradation and the biodegradability improvement of dying wastewater were conducted by the application of photo-Fenton reaction. A series of experiments were studied in a batch reactor (V=1L) using a mercury medium pressure lamp as the light source. The removal rate of 4BS was affected by temperature, suitable carrier gas, dosage of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous ions added. More than 90% removal of 4BS was achieved after 30 min when employing low iron(Ⅱ)concentrations ([Fe^(2+)]=1/10[H_20_2])and a stoichiometric amount of H_20_2, at a pH 4 and 30℃. In addition, the experimental results showed that the biodegradability of 4BS wastewater was greatly (?)mproved from 0 to 0.3 after 30 min of irradiation with low H202 addition (1/4Q_th). That provided the necessary condition for the following biochemical treatment, so the photo-Fenton could be an effective pre-treatment technology for this kind of refractory dye wastewater.
