摘 要:用旋转导向钻井工具在复杂地质条件下钻复杂结构井、特殊工艺井以及建设智能油井是21世纪的重要课题和发展方向之一.分析了钻井液脉冲无线随钻传输以及电磁波传输所存在的问题,指出采用导线传输方式既能由地面向井下输送足够的电力以电控井下仪表传感器和专用硬件,同时又能建立104~106b/s的超高速率传输多类参数的有线实时双向闭环钻井信息'高速公路'.提出了智能钻柱的设计思路及方案,并分析了智能钻柱的功能、优点.Under the condition of complicated geology, it is one of important topics and development trend to drill complex architectural well and special technology well and to construct intelligent well by rotary steerable drilling tools in the 21th century. This paper points out the problems of mud pulse-MWD and electromagnetic wave's transmission. The techniques of advanced drilling and completion require both transmit enough electric power from surface to downhole in order to electrically control the downhole instruments and sensors and some hard-wares as well as establish real time two-directional closed-loop drilling, while has 104-106bps high-speed transmitting ability to transmit 40-50 parameters and multiplexing data flow on the ' highway'. The paper reviews the development of the intelligent drill string, it presents the idea of design and scheme design of the intelligent drill string, it analyses the function, advantages and application of the intelligent drill string.
