摘　　要：介绍了一种合成的新型多功能固井水泥外加剂HX-FL01,该外加剂本身具有降失水、分散减阻、自调凝、抗盐、抗污染等功能.加入该外加剂的水泥浆具有良好的综合性能.该外加剂独特的自调凝功能是在分子结构上预先植入了潜在的缓凝因子,通过温度的作用,使潜在的缓凝因子得到激发而发挥出其作用.配合高温缓凝剂,其使用的循环温度范围为40～180℃.This paper presents a novel synthetic multifunctional cement additive with functions of fluid loss control, lubricating, thickening time self adjusting, anti-salt and anti-contamination, etc. Therefore, cement slurry added such material can achieve good comprehensive properties. Its unique function of self-adjusting thickening time is attributed to the latent retarding groups integrated in its polymer molecule on purpose. The latent retarding groups are activated and take effects under certain temperature conditions. Combined with high temperature retarders, it can be applied to circulating temperature from 40℃ to 180℃,
