摘　　要：目的　探讨TRAb在Graves病患者并发眼球突出中的作用。方法　对 91例Graves病并发眼球突出患者TRAb检测值与 4 9例未发生眼球突出患者TRAb检测值及两组患者TRAb阳性率进行比较。结果　Graves病并发眼球突出组TRAb活性明显高于不发生眼球突出组 ;并发眼球突出组TRAb阳性检出率显著高于不发生眼球突出组TRAb阳性检出率。结论　TRAb在Graves病患者并发眼球突出过程中起着非常重要的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of serum thyrotropin receptor antibodies (TRAb) in exophthalmos patients with Graves'disease. Methods Sera TRAb levels were measured in 91 exophthalmos patients with Graves'disease and 49 no-exophthalmos patients by radio-receptor assay. Results TRAb levels in exohthalmos patients were significantly higher compared with no-exophthalmos patients. Positive rate of TRAb in exophthalmos patients was significantly higher than that in no-exophtalmos patients. Conclusion Serum TRAb levels may play a critical role in the development of exophthalmos patients with Graves'disease.
