摘　　要：目的 :探讨单蒂胸骨舌骨肌肌筋膜瓣在喉部分切除声带重建术的应用价值。方法 :对 2 0例喉癌患者进行喉部分切除 ,并以单蒂胸骨舌骨肌肌筋膜瓣重建声带。结果 :2 0例术后 10～ 14天全部拔除鼻饲管 ,恢复正常饮食 ,无呛咳 ;术后 12～ 2 0天拔除气管套管 ,恢复语言交流 ,无拔管困难 ,拔管率 10 0 %。无发音失败。结论Objective:To observe the appliance value of uni-pedicled sternohyoid myofascial flap in the reconstruction of vocal cord after partial laryngectomy .Methods:Carcinoma of larynx of twenty patients who underwent partial laryngectomy reconstruct vocal cord in uni-pedicleed sternohyoid myofascial flay.Results:All the paients rehabilitated deglutition in 10 to 14days after operation.None presented complication of choke.All the paients were decannulated in 12 to 20 days after operation.None presented decannulation of diffculty.The decannulation rate was 100%.Resume language intercommunion,None is defeated of pronunciation.Conclusions:The uni-pedicled sternohyoid myofascial flaps are appropriate for recomstruction of vocal cord after partial laryngectomy.
