新型激素制剂对母猪诱导发情效果研究

摘　　要：应用PX 70 0制剂对乏情母猪进行了诱导发情研究 ,结果表明 :70 0IU是PX 70 0制剂诱导乏情母猪发情的适宜剂量 ;而该制剂对断奶后 4 5d以上的乏情母猪诱导发情率较低 ,但其情期受胎率不受影响 ;PX 70 0制剂对诱导发情后母猪的情期受胎率。PX-700 preparation was applied to estrus induction of anestrus sows.The results showed that the appropriate dosage of the preparation was 700IU when it was applied to estrus induction of sows.The estrus rate of sows was lower when PX-700 preparation was applied to longer anestrus sows(weaned more than 45 days),but their conception rate wasn't influenced.It wasn't also influenced upon conception rate,litter size and birth weight of piglets.It was feasible that PX-700 preparation was applied in Swine industry.
