摘　　要：用毛细管气相色谱和色谱-质谱联用对植物叶中多种脂肪酸进行了系统分析,其中除了常见的C_(12)—C_(22)的饱和与不饱和脂肪酸外,还有以前报道不多的有取代基的脂肪酸。This paper describes a systematic method of analysis for the fatty acids in plants. With an OV-73 capillary column, more than forty fatty acid components in the leaves of plants . including the C12-C22 saturated and unsaturated.unsubstituted and substituted hydroxyl, epoxy and dicarboxylic fatty acids were identified and quantified by means of GC and GC-MS.
