摘　　要：天然海藻中富含水溶性维生素,是天然维生素的重要来源之一。快速、可靠地分析海藻中各种维生素的含量是制药和食品工业迫切需要解决的问题。文献中曾叙述利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)(VPP, VB6, VB1, VB12, Vu2) in natural seaweed were assayed simultaneously. The procedure involved sample preparation with 0. 1mol/L HC1 solution and determination by HPLC-UV detection. The five water-soluble vitamins can be eluted by a solution of water-methanol (70 : 30),in which the concentration of Na2SO4 is 0. Imol/L, in 15 minutes. Themethod proved to be simple and reliable.
