摘  要:目的 观察用降糖灵选择性破坏胰岛A细胞大鼠空肠胆碱能神经功能及形态改变 ,探讨胰岛A细胞与胆碱能神经之间的内在联系。方法 将 73只大鼠随机分为 7组 ,对照组肌注生理盐水 ,实验组肌注1%降糖灵盐液 5ml/kg ,分别于注药后 1、2、3、4、5、6d观察大鼠空肠平滑肌肌电变化 ,并同体取材观察空肠肌间神经丛中清亮小泡。结果 注射降糖灵后 1d肠电快波频率及快波出现率开始减少 ,3~ 4d减少最明显(P <0 0 1) ,5~ 6d逐渐增多。上述改变与空肠肌间神经丛中清亮小泡数量减少呈显著正相关 (r =0 90 ,P<0 0 1)。结论 胰岛A细胞与胆碱能神经功能之间存在内在联系。Objective To observe the fuctional and morphological change of cholinergic nerve of rat jejunums whose islet A cells were damaged by phenethylbiguanide,and to explore the inner link between the islet A cells and cholinergic nerve.Methods 73 rats were randomized into seven groups.The control group were injected with the solution of sodiumchloride,the experimental group were muscularly injected with the salts solution of phenethylbiguanide(5ml/kg).We observed the myoelectricity(ME) of rat jejunums and the clearvesicle in the myenteric plexus on the first,second,third,fouth,fifth,sixth day after administration.Results The fast wave frequency and rate of emergence of jejunums ME appearto reduced 1 day later(P<0.05),and this decrese became significant 3 or 4 days later(P<0.01),started to increase after 5 days.The results above were significantly related to the quantity of clearvesicle in the myenteric plexus(r=0.92,P<0.01).Conclusion There are inner links between islet A cells and the function of jejunums cholinergic nerves.
