汕头地区干部人群体重指数与血压 血脂 尿酸 血糖水平关系的调查分析

摘　　要：目的　调查分析汕头地区干部体检人群的体重指数 (BMI)的分布情况及其与血压、血脂、尿酸和空腹血糖水平的关系。方法　对 2 0 0 3年我院预防保健科处厅级干部健康体检资料完整的 112 4例进行分析 ,按BMI分为肥胖组和非肥胖组 ,比较两组之间血压、血脂、尿酸和血糖水平情况 ,比较BMI和血压、血脂、尿酸、血糖水平的相关关系。结果　BMI与血压、血脂、尿酸、血糖之间存在正相关关系 (P <0 0 1)。肥胖组的血压、血脂、尿酸、血糖的水平高于非肥胖组。结论　肥胖影响血压、血脂、尿酸和血糖 ,与心血管疾病危险因素密切相关 ,控制体重对预防心脑血管疾病有重要意义。Objective To explore the distribution of body mass index(BMI) of intellectuals in Shantou and the association between BMI and blood pressure,lipid,uric acid,blood glucose.Methods The medical examination data of 1124 intellectuals were analysed.They were divided into two groups on the base of BMI.The levels of blood pressure,lipid,uric acid,blood glucose were compared.Results BMI were correlated well with blood pressure,lipid,uric acid,blood glucose(P<0.01).The level of blood pressure,lipid,uric acid,blood glucose of obesity group were higher than non obesity group.Conclusion Obesity has effects on affects blood pressure,lipid,uric acid,blood glucose and it has a close relationship with cardiovascular danger factors.Controlingbody weight has significant benefit on prevention of cardiovascular disease.
