摘 要:目的 探讨急性氨中毒患者肺功能及动脉血气变化规律。方法 急性氨中毒患者 15例 ,测定肺功能及动脉血气。并作X线胸片、纤支镜检查。结果 肺通气功能正常者 4例 ;混合性通气功能障碍 7例 ,其中重度减退者 4例 ,中度减退者 2例 ;轻度限制性通气障碍者 2例 ,轻度阻塞性通气障碍者 1例。pH >7.45 4例 ,pH <7.3 5 1例 ,正常者 9例。PaO2 <60mmHg5例 ,PaCO2 <3 5mmHg 10例。结论 急性氨中毒可发生不同程度的通气功能损害、低氧血症和呼吸性碱中毒。Objective To explore the changes of lung fun ction and artery bloo d gas analysis in patients with acute ammonia poisoning and the regularity of th e change. Methods Lung function and artery blood gas analysi s were detected in 15 patients with acute ammonia poisoning, X-ray examination and fiberoptic bron choscopy (FB) were performed as well. Results The pulmonary ventilation functi ons of 4 patients were normal. Mixed ventilatory dysfunction was founded in 7 ca ses (including 4 severe cases and 2 moderate cases). Mild restrictive ventilator y disorder and obstructive ventilatory disorder were found in 2 cases and 1 case respectively. The pH of artery blood was more than 7.45 in 4 cases, it was more than 7.35 in 1 case and normal in 9 cases. The PaO 2 of 5 patients was less th an 60mmHg and the PaCO 2 of 10 patients was less than 35mmHg. Conclus ions Hypoven tilation, hypoxemia and respiratory alkalosis can occur in patients with acute a mmonia poisoning.
