摘  要:针对楔式炮闩火炮频繁出现的装填炮弹后自动击发事故,从击发机受力分析入手,分析了造成自动击发事故的主要原因;提出了安全极限磨损角理论,计算出了安全极限磨损角;分析了弥补传统击发机安全缺陷和预防自动击发事故的应对措施,提出了建立易损部件更换制度和检验标准或增设辅助保险装置的设想。Aiming at the frequent Auto-Firing(AF)accidents in the wedged breechblock ground guns, this article began with thorough force-bearing analysis of the firing mechanism,illustrated the main rea- sons leading to such AF accidents.On basis of that,theory of the safe wear limit angle,was put for- ward values of the safe wear limit angle for several kinds of guns computed,what's more,measures were also put forward for making up for the safety defects of the traditional firing mechanism and pre- venting the AF accidents.Lastly,two assumptions were represented:adding up an auxiliary insurance mechanism,or setting up replacement institutions and examination criteria for those easily damaged u- nits.
