摘　　要：交易成本范式是对新古典范式的补充与发展,而不是替代,因而不构成所谓的范式革命。交易成本范式的内核在于个人的稳定性偏好、有限理性与机会主义行为和静态分析特征。从对交易成本范式的内核、交易成本概念及其对企业性质解释力的批评来看,交易成本范式还很不成熟。它自身所具有的缺陷将导致该范式的进一步发展乃至对范式本身的超越。The standard form of trading cost is a complement to and development of, but not substitute for, the neo-classical standard form. Therefore, it does not constitute a so-called form revolution. The core of standard form of trading cost lies at the stability preference of the individual, limited rationality, opportunistic behavior and static analysis characteristics. In terms of the criticism to the core of standard form, the concept of trading cost, and the explanatory ability to the nature of enterprise, the standard form is still immature. Its own deficiencies will lead to its further development and even a transcendence of itself.
