急诊超声检查在基层医院临床急症中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨急诊超声检查在基层医院临床诊断中的诊断价值。方法 :对 92 3例 8h以外急症患者进行超声检查 ,检查结果与手术、X线和病理结果进行对照分析。结果 :阳性者 5 5 3例 ,阳性率 5 9.9% ,超声诊断符合率为 5 2 .3%～ 10 0 .0 %。结论 :急诊超声检查对临床的诊断价值高 ,能及时为临床医生提供有用的信息 ,为临床采取合理的治疗方案提供了重要的依据 ,在基层医院急症中可作为首选的影像学检查方法之一 ,值得大力推广应用。Objective To study the clinic value in emergency treatment of emergency ultrasonography in basic hospital.Methods 923 emergency case from off-duty time were examined,results were compared to those after operating,X-ray,pathology.Results Posive cases were 553,positive rate was 59.9 %.according rate was 50 %～100 %.Conclusion Emgergency ultrasonography has imoortant value in clinic,which provides the effective information and proofs for physicians to select the therapy,it can be the first in one of imaging examinations in basic hospital and be worthy of generalizing.
