高脂血症血清微量元素与血脂单因素相关及多元回归分析

摘　　要：检测121例高脂血症(其中高脂血症合并冠心病30例,合并高血压30例)和50例健康人的血清脂蛋白、载脂蛋白及10种微量元素。结果:镉、镍、铅、铝与血清TC,TG,LDL-C,apoB水平呈显著正相关关系,与HDL-C,HDL_2-C,HDL_3-C,apoA-Ⅰ水平呈显著负相关关系,而铬,锰,铁与血脂的相关性同以上结果相反。认为人体微量元素变化与高脂血症及其并发症的血脂水平有关,通过饮食等方法调整血清微量元素的总水平可作为高脂血症的防治措施之一。The serum lipoproteins,apolipoproteins and 10 trace elements were measured in 121 cases of hyperlipidemia and its complications(coronary heart disease,hypertension)and 50 normal controls.The results show:serum levels of Cd,Ni,Pb and Al are in positive correlation with the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB;levels of Cr,Mn and Fe are in posi- tive correlation with the serum levels of HDL-C,HDL_2-C,HDL_3-C and Apo A-I.The data obtained suggests that the serum level of trace elements is closely relevant to the serum level of lipids in hyperlipidemia and its complications.It could be a method of prevention and treatment for hyperli- pidemia to adjust the general serum levels of trace elements by means of diet.
