综合诊断法在宽QRS波心动过速鉴别诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析综合诊断法在宽QRS波心动过速(WRT)鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法运用综合诊断法以及Brugada诊断法对45例WRT体表心电图(EKG)分别进行回顾性分析。结果综合诊断法、Brugada诊断法对WRT的诊断符合率分别为93.3%,88.9%。诊断室性心动过速(VT)的敏感性皆为96.3%,诊断VT特异性分别为88.9%,77.8%。结论综合诊断法在WRT诊断中具有良好的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the applied value of the method of synthetical diagnosis in the differential diagnosis of wide QRS comˉplex tachycardia.Methods:45cases with wide QRS complex tachycardia were retrospectively studied by the method of synthetical diagnosis and Brugada's criterion.Results:The diagnostic accuracy and specificity of the method of synthetical dignosis and Brugada's criterion were93.3%,88.9%,88.9%and77.8%respectively,the sensitivities of diagnostic ventricular tachycardia of them were all96.3%.Conclusion:The method of synthetical diagnosis possesses a good applied value in the diagnosis of wide QRS complex tachycardia.
