闭合性睾丸损伤48例临床分析

摘　　要：目的减少睾丸损伤的并发症及后遗症。方法对闭合性睾丸损伤48例分析。结果30例阴囊探查手术,手术修复26例,随诊12个月,4例睾丸小于对侧,余者睾丸恢复正常,血睾酮值在正常水平。保守治疗18例,4例出现睾丸萎缩,血睾酮值低于正常下限,5例睾丸有痛性结节。结论对闭合性睾丸损伤应尽早行睾丸B超检查,早期手术探查可降低睾丸的切除率,睾丸切除要严格掌握指征。Objective:In order to reduce the complication and sequela of testicular injury.Methods:48cases with closed testicular injury from1990to2004treated in urology department of the emergency medical center of Chongqing were analysed.Results:The exploratory operation was performed in30cases,in which26were done with prosthesis.After12months follow-up,the testicle in the impaired side was less than that in contral side in4cases,the rest returned to normal,their value of blood testosterone was in normal level;The conservative treatment was given in18cases,among them4cases present with orchiatrophy,and their value of blood testosteron was less than the lower normal limit,5cases had alˉgesic nodes in testicle.Conclusion:B-mode ultrasonography and operative exploration performed as early as possible for the closed testicular injury may reduce the excision rate of testicle,but the operative indication of testicular excision must strictly be mastered in clinic.
