准高kV技术对床边胸部摄影的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨准高kV摄影技术对床边胸部摄影的临床应用价值。方法 :采用西门子 2 5 0mA床边X线机 ,Agfa感蓝片 ,自动冲片机冲片 ,对 12 0例床边胸部影像质量及病变显示特点进行分析。结果 :12 0例准高kV床边胸片甲级片 10 2例 (占85 .0 % ) ,乙级片 11例 (占 9.2 % ) ,丙级片 7例 (5 .8% ) ,无废片。结论 :准高kV摄影技术能明显提高床边胸部影像甲片率 ,减低病人的辐射量 ,提高床边X线机的使用范围 。Objective:To investigate the clinical values of mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage. Methods:Mobile radiograph machine of Siemens 250 mA and Agfa blue-film and auto develop machine were used. The image quality of 120 cases with mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage was analyzed. Results:In the quality assessment of 120 chest radiographs, 85.0% was Grade A film, 9.2% was Grade B film, 5.8% was Grade C film and no waste film.Conclusion:Mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage increases the rate of Grade A film, reduces the exposure dose, improved the application range of mobile X-ray machine and provides more information for image diagnosis.
