摘 要:采用吸附法处理纤维板生产中的废水,已得到满意的效果。适宜的处理条件是:1L废水与本吸附剂40g,在30~50℃条件下完全混合,处理时间30min左右。处理后的水可用于取代补加新水,达到完全回用的目的。失效吸附剂可在有空气条件下,直接加热再生,再生时间1.5~2.0h,经10次再生,效果如初且损失量小。再生过程为一氧化过程。还用色谱-质谱分析测定了污染物的迁移行为。Using some adsorbent (not disclosed)to treat the wastewater, the adsorptive process has obtained satisfactory efficacy. Suitable condition is: one liter of wastewater must be copletely mixed with 40g of the adsorbent at the temperature from 30℃ to 50℃ for the treatment time of 30 minutes. Treated wastewater may replace fresh water as the replenisher. The saturated adsorbent can be easily regerated in present of air at some temperature region for 1.5~2.5 h. Although the regeneration had completed for 10 times, but the adsorbent has oringinal adsorptive ability. The regenerative process is of oxidation. And trace of pollutants is also analyzed by chromatograph-mass spectrometry.
