摘  要:通过对电流负反馈电容三点式振荡电路进行SPICE仿真的实例,讨论如何应用SPICE程序模拟振荡器电路。解决了在仿真过程中振荡电路不起振和SPICE程序运算不收敛等问题。对影响振荡电路起振特性的因素进行了探讨,进一步验证了电路仿真设计的可靠性。本文给出的设计方法,能满足多种振荡电路设计仿真的需要,设计方法简单,容易掌握,有广泛的实际应用价值。Based on the demonstration of the oscillatory circuit of three-point capacitance of current negative feedback, the article discusses how to use SPICE to simulate oscillators and solves the problems such as no start - up oscillation in oscillator circuits , and no convergence in the operation of oscillator circuits when SPICE is used. In addition, it covers the factors that affect stability of oscillation frequency and the start - up oscillation features of oscillator circuits . And it further proves the correctness of the theoretical design of circuits. The methods given here are simple and easy to understand and acquire, therefore , can meet a variety of demands of the design and simulation of oscillator circuits. In practice , it proves to be applicable and valuable.
