摘 要:弹性织物整理的关键问题是,在保证其他技术指标(最后的幅宽、平方米克重、尺寸稳定性等)时要有最大的拉伸性和弹性。叙述和比较了三个普通加工概念和不同的加工路线。结果可以清楚地展示出每一概念的优缺点和这些概念特定的范围。一个重要的发现就是,对于最合适的加工路线不可能做出一个最后的综述性的陈述。弹性织物对于折痕很敏感,故大多数应该平幅(开幅)加工。织物的低张力处理也是特别重要的。出于这个目的,Benninger公司基于Trioflex圆筒式洗衣机首次提出了均匀机器的概念。The problem when finishing elastic articles is that maximum stretchability and elastic properties must be ~achieved while maintaining other technological features (final width, weight per square metre, dimensional stability, etc.). In this paper, three common process concepts with different process routes are described and compared. The practical results that can be obtained clearly show the advantages and disadvantages of each of the concepts as well as the article-specific limits of these concepts. An important finding here, however, is that it is not possible to make a general statement on the most suitable process route. Elastic articles are very sensitive to marks and should, in the majority of cases, be processed open/width. Low tension treatment of the fabric is also particularly important. For this purpose Benninger has developed a homogeneous machine concept based on the Trioflex drum washing machine.
