摘 要:在简要介绍三峡二期工程大坝概况和大坝混凝土施工拌和制冷系统及浇筑设备布置的基础上,详细阐述了为适应塔带机快速高强度施工,在施工技术工艺和组织管理方面的创新,包括混凝土配合比改进、层间结合工艺改良、计算机综合监控系统研制、坝体上升形象控制、骨料分离预防、混凝土温度控制等.三峡二期大坝混凝土施工的实践证明,采用塔带机入仓快速施工是成功的,可为今后大中型水电工程大坝混凝土快速高强度施工提供借鉴.Based on a brief introduction of the general situation of the dam construction at the second stage of the Three-Gorges Project, the mixing and cooling system for concrete construction, and the layout of casting facilities, some innovations in techniques, organization, and management of concrete construction, suitable for rapid and high-strength concrete construction with towerbelts in the project, were expounded in detail, including the improvement of mixing ratio of concrete, the melioration of interlayer connection technique, the development of computer-based comprehensive monitoring system, the form control with the increase of the dam height, the prevention of the separation of aggregates, and the control of concrete temperature. The practice of dam concrete construction in the Three-Gorges Project shows that the rapid concrete placing with towerbelts is successful, providing a reference for rapid and high-strength concrete construction in large and medium-sized hydropower projects.
