摘　　要：产后压力性尿失禁是指继发于妊娠和分娩之后出现的压力性尿失禁症状,其对妇女身心有很大影响。该文对近年来产后压力性尿失禁的发病机制、高危因素与防治的研究进展进行了简要综述。Postpartum stress urinary incontinence is defined as urinary incontinence secondarily occurring after parturition, which affects women not only on their physiological health but also on their mental health. This review summarized current progress in research on pathogenesis,risk factors ,prevention and treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence briefly.
