摘　　要：从石油化工行业的现状入手 ,介绍和分析了我国石化企业信息化建设的现状、形势和要求 。This article analyzes the information situation in domestic and external petrochemical enterprises and the remained problem. How to use process CIMS guides the petrochemical enterprise’s information construction are mentioned in this paper.
