摘  要:我国为了防范市场风险在汽车金融公司管理办法和细则中对即将成立的汽车金融公司进行了诸多限制,这客观上促成了市场各方积极寻求合作以实现专业分工和优势互补的目标,即形成"联合型汽车金融服务体系"。本文根据我国的实际情况并借鉴国外汽车金融服务的经验,对这种体系的运作模式和风险管理作了初步设想。In order to fulfill the promise made when China entered the WTO and introduce the advanced experience of automobile finance from foreign countries, our government promulgated the regulation and its details for managing the auto financing companies. In these codes, our country made many rules to limit companies which want to enter this market so as to avoid huge risks. Under these circumstances, each participant begins to seek cooperation vigorously, that is to say, form the 'united auto financing service system' which can realize specialization and make each learn from other's advantages. Thus, this article tries to use foreign experience for reference to imagine the model of operation and risk management of this system according to our country s realistic conditions.
